1994, Vivek Mushran signed a film with Venus Films which got shelved. it was to introduce a new heroine and hero along with Vivek.

Starred in the shelved movie Parath Productions untitled film in 1993. Starring Dilip Kumar,Hema Malini, Vivek Mushran,Manisha Koirala. Directed by Harish Shah Akshay Kumar was signed for the second role but wanted a higher billing than Vivek. Shah Rukh Khan also showed interest in that role. The film finally got shelved.
