George Murphy(II)

George Murphy is a UK based Creative Director and VFX Supervisor with extensive practical and digital effects experience from pre-production through post. His work in film, television and commercials has earned him an Oscar, a BAFTA and multiple Emmys and Clios.
He is know for his work on Forrest Gump, Jurassic Park, The Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions, and Peter Jackson’s King Kong among other films and episodic shows. More recent work includes Kenneth Branagh’s, Orient Express and Death on the Nile, as well as the soon to be released live-action/animation hybrid, Coyote vs. Acme.
In addition to his work on live-action and digital features, Murphy’s work with leading productions and studios has earned him a strong, hands-on understanding of virtual production and newly emerging CGI visualization solutions.
