Biography

Klaus Munro was born on June 28, 1927 in Hamburg, Germany. He was a composer and writer, known for How to Seduce a Playboy (1966), Serenade für zwei Spione (1965) and Am Sonntag will mein Süsser mit mir segeln gehn (1961). He was married to Vera Munro. He died on February 7, 2013 in Hamburg, Germany.

In 1959, while on a beach holiday in Yugoslavia, Munro invented an abstract board game "Imuri" which was very similar to the game "Twixt" invented independently by Alex Randolph just one year earlier. As Munro gained fortune and fame as a composer and writer, he lost interest in defending what rights he may have had to his game.
