Biography

Anthony's primary career was professional football, where he played offensive tackle for 13 seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He was the third overall pick in the NFL draft in 1980, coming out of USC, where he played both football and baseball, winning a national championship in the latter as a pitcher. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1998, and is considered by many to be the NFL's greatest offensive tackle of all time.

Together with Latino celebrities, including Frankie J, Don Omar, Paola Turbay, Edgar Lopez, Miguel Varoni, Leti Coo and Mary Gamarra Tazón, he played in the National Football League (NFL) Latino I, or Latin Bowl I. This was the first nationally televised flag-football game between ex-NFL players and Latino celebrities. The game was filmed during Super Bowl week in Miami.
