Bill Mullikin was born on April 19, 1927 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He was an actor, known for The Arrogant (1987), Hell Is for Heroes (1962) and That Girl (1966). He was married to Regina Bahlman. He died on April 3, 2010 in Aptos, California, USA.

His first movie role was PVT. Cumberly in the film "Hell is For Heroes". He got to work with stars such as Steve Mcqueen, Fess Parker, and Bobby Darin.
