- Frank Moser was born in 1886 in Oketo, Kansas, USA. He was a director and producer, known for The Banker's Daughter (1933), Fanny in the Lion's Den (1933) and The Bull Fight (1935). He died on October 1, 1964 in Dobbs Ferry, New York, USA.

- Frank Moser was one of America's earliest professional animators, working for the Raoul Barre Studio (1915-1916), William Randolph Hearst's International Film Service (1916-1918), and Paul Terry's Fables Pictures (1920-1929). He drew very quickly and was often responsible for nearly half the footage of each cartoon he worked on.
- In 1929 Moser co-founded a new animation studio with Paul Terry and producer Joseph Coffman under the name Moser-Terry-Coffman Productions. Coffman sold his interests in 1930 and the company was renamed Terrytoons. Their films were released by Educational Pictures, which in turn had Fox Films (later 20th Century-Fox) as its distributor. In 1936 Terry bought out Moser, who then retired from animation.
