Biography

Douglas Morrow was born on September 13, 1913 in Oswego, New York, USA. He was a writer and actor, known for The Stratton Story (1949), Men of Annapolis (1957) and Beyond a Reasonable Doubt (2009). He died on September 9, 1994 in Kingston, New York, USA.

American screenwriter and producer, former small part actor. Held a bachelor's degree in political science from Columbia University and a bachelor's, as well as master's degree in law from New York University. Under contract at Warner Brothers from 1951.

Was an avid mountain climber.

Member of NASA's advisory council and co-chairman of its communications subcommittee. Recipient of a public service award from NASA in 1991.
