Having had a love for movies since he was quite young, science fiction, fantasy and horror films inspired Doug Morrow in the magical world of makeup and makeup effects. Early inspiration came from the works of John Chambers, Dick Smith, Stuart Freeborn, Rick Baker and John Caglione Jr., whose amazing creations served as the foundation for honing his craft. Reaching out to famed makeup godfather, Dick Smith, and subsequently taking his advanced professional makeup course, firmly got Morrow on his way to a wonderful and fulfilling career in the film and television industry, which keeps him busy to this day.
