Biography

Stunning black beauty Dominique Simone was born on June 18, 1971, in Valdosta, GA. Raised in a Southern Baptist household, she originally planned on becoming a singer, but moved to Los Angeles (CA) at age 17 after winning a scholarship to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

She answered an ad for figure modeling at age 18, and soon thereafter started doing nude photo shoots for such adult publications as "Hustler" and "Players". She worked as a manager at a clothing store prior to embarking on a career in explicit hardcore movies in 1990. One of the top black adult cinema performers of the '90s, she appeared in a slew of X-rated features for an array of top companies, among them Devil's Film, Wicked Pictures, Prestige Video, Filmco Releasing, Arrow Productions, Fantastic Pictures, Coast To Coast, West Coast Productions and Leisure Time Entertainment.

The mother of two children, Dominique has retired from the adult film industry. She was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2007.
