Biography

Mindy Morgenstern is an Emmy award-winning documentary and television storyteller and producer. Currently, she is in development on several independent documentaries: working with directors to create outlines, researching, gathering archival and raising funds.

Most recently, she co-produced the feature documentary, QUEENMAKER, which premiered on HULU in May of 2023.

In addition, Mindy has written and produced hours of entertaining fare which have received multiple awards. Notably, as a supervising story producer on EQUAL, a 4-part LGBTQAI+ documentary series currently on HBO Max, the original QUEER EYE FOR THE STRAIGHT GUY, MILLION DOLLAR LISTING - NY & LA (BRAVO), MARRIED WITH... CHILDREN (SONY), and CLEAN HOUSE with Niecy Nash (Emmy Award, 2 Emmy nominations, E!).

Fun fact: In her capacity as supervising producer on a NICKELODEON feature, Mindy successfully persuaded a camel to cross a road on cue - saving the production tens of hundreds of dollars.
