Velvet Moraru is a Romanian producer ,assistant director ,script supervisor and actress .She was born on November 23 1956 in Cernavoda, Romania.Known for work in films The Autobiography of Nicolae Ceausescu (2010), I do not know which Maria (2015),Quod erat demonstrandum (2013) and Cai putere (2014). She had a daughter Ioana ,director and film writer.
