Biography

Jon Moore is a freelance prosthetic make up artist and concept designer with over 20 years experience working in television and film. Working as prosthetic makeup artist to Dave Bautista on Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 1, 2 and 3, he has also worked on Avengers: Infinity War & Endgame and Thor: Love and Thunder. Past positions as key prosthetic make up artist include working with Mackenzie Crook on Worzel Gummidge and Robert Llewellyn (Kryten) on Red Dwarf. Other projects include Kung Fury 2, The Marvels, The Witcher Seasons 1 & 2, Harry Potter, The Huntsman, Fury, Maleficent 1 & 2, Captain America, WWZ, Doctor Who, Critical, Carnival Row and Game of Thrones. Through Blue Trotter Media Ltd, he is also designing a range of interactive connected play toys, producing an animated series and developing several scripts and IP's covering a broad spectrum of genres. Having just completed the option for the book 'The Ghost Behind the Wall' by Melvin Burgess, he is now developing this for the screen.
