Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Gino Montesinos is a Harvard-trained, Los Angeles-based professional actor and filmmaker whose expansive career spans premium television, major studio features, and elite Equity theater.

A versatile force across all media, Montesinos has delivered standout performances in both recurring and major guest-starring roles on over 40 television shows, including hit network and cable series such as *Shameless*, *Animal Kingdom*, *Dexter*, *NCIS*, *Chicago Med*, *Hawaii Five-0*, and *Atypical*, among many others. On the big screen, his extensive filmography ranges from independent features like *Poor Boy* alongside Michael Shannon to major studio hits including *Bruce Almighty* and *The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie*, among numerous other titles.

His stage pedigree is equally formidable; training at the prestigious American Repertory Theatre Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at Harvard University, he has starred on some of the premier stages in North America, including The Mark Taper Forum, Lincoln Center, The Public Theater, and The Pasadena Playhouse, while internationally commanding major theatrical productions in Italy, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico.

Demonstrating unparalleled stage presence, Montesinos anchored the $27 million production of *Walking with Dinosaurs: The Arena Spectacular*. As the lead and only actor, he performed in Spanish alongside 17 life-size animatronic dinosaurs to sold-out arenas of 11,000 people, a tour which generated nearly $10 million at the box office in just two weeks.

Throughout his career, Montesinos has collaborated with a staggering roster of industry elite, sharing projects with artists who possess a combined 13 Oscars, 8 Golden Globes, 32 Emmys, and 6 Tony Awards.

Expanding his footprint as a creative force behind the camera, Montesinos is writing, directing, producing, and starring in the film project Queens (2027). Grounded in intensive classical acting techniques and rigorous physical discipline, he continues to operate at the highest levels of the craft, executing expansive voiceover work for major streaming services across animation and dubbing, as well as performing in live radio theater before live audiences.
