Biography

Zoot Money was once a member of sixties British rock band, Eric Burdon & the Animals.

Zoot was inspired by Jerry Lee Lewis and Ray Charles, drawing him to rock and roll music which led him to becoming a shining light in the vibrant music scene of Bournemouth, during the 1960s.

During his lengthy musical career Zoot has been associated with Rocket 88, Snowy White, Mick Taylor, Spencer Davis, Geno Washington, Brian Joseph Friel, The Hard Travelers and Widowmaker.

His role in "Billy the Kid and the Green Baize Vampire" notwithstanding, Zoot had also featured along with his fellow "Biily the Kid..." actors Louise Gold and Neil McCaul in the movie version of "The Pirates of Penzance".

He was also in a great band called Dantalian's Chariot in early 70's.
