- She is the daughter of Peter Davison (the Fifth Doctor) and the wife of David Tennant (the Tenth Doctor).
- After David Troughton (whose father was Patrick Troughton, the Second Doctor), she is the second child of an actor who played the Doctor (her father is Peter Davison, the Fifth Doctor) to have a speaking role in Doctor Who (1963) and/or Doctor Who (2005). She played the daughter of the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) in The Doctor's Daughter (2008), and in real-life in 2011 they married.
- In spring 2010, she got her then-boyfriend's name ("david" in lowercase letters) tattooed on her right forearm. Several months later, she became pregnant with his child. During the pregnancy, they became engaged and moved in together, and married a year later.
