Dragisa Milojkovic was born on 12 May 1971 in Jagodina, Serbia, Yugoslavia. He was an actor, known for TV teatar (1956), Seljaci (2006) and Peasants (2001). He died on 31 July 2026 in Kragujevac, Serbia.
Graduated from the Academy of Acting in Novi Sad. He was a member of the Belgrade Drama Theater for years, and he also achieved notable roles on other stages.
