Billy Million is known for Stone Cold (1991), Hunter's Blood (1986) and Liberty & Bash (1989).

Billy is most known for playing "Trouble" in the film "Stone Cold".

After a 9 year hiatus from films, Billy appeared in "Constantine" as "Bar Boy" in a small, uncredited role.

Billy played the character, "Trouble Owens", in the film "Stone Cold", who was being sentenced to be executed for killing a priest, which is shown at the beginning of the film.
