Marcus Miller is a Grammy winning musician, composer, arranger and producer. With more than 200 film and television
credits as a musician and composer, he recently appeared in the hit documentary Luther: Never Too Much (2024) and Emmy winning documentary Miles Davis: Birth of the Cool (2019). Other work includes Sidney (2022). Marcus scored the Oscar nominated film Marshall (2017).
Marcus has also appeared in several television programs such as The 36th Annual Kennedy Center Honors (2013) and Quincy Jones: A musical celebration in Paris (2019), and documentaries including The Miles Davis Documentary (2021).
He hosts a weekly radio program on Real Jazz Sirius XM Radio every Sunday evening.
Marcus is a UNESCO Artist for Peace and serves as a spokesperson for the UNESCO Slave Route Project. He also serves on the Board of Directors of ASCAP.
