- Rube Miller was born on May 22, 1886 in Trottwood, Ohio, USA. He was an actor and director, known for Shy Thirty Cents (1916), Whitewashing William (1915) and Ham at the Beach (1915). He died on April 1, 1927 in Mexico City, Mexico.
- Was at one time a circus clown.
- While only two Americans were present at his funeral, the year before hundreds had attended his father's service at The Little Church Around the Corner in New York City.
- Son of actor Henry Miller (1860-1926) and younger brother of producer Gilbert Miller.
- 'Rube' Miller was the stage name of Henry Miller Jr. (1889-1927) who died from a drug overdose in Mexico City. He acted in and directed Mutual Vogue comedies, often co-starring the actress Madge Kirby. Had previously worked at Kalem on the 'Ham and Bud' series.
- Due to his drug addiction, Henry Miller Sr. had his son written out of his will.
