Biography

Luís Carlos Miele was born on May 31, 1938 in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil. He was an actor and director, known for Dick e Betty 17 (1965), O Capitão Bandeira Contra o Dr. Moura Brasil (1971) and Um Homem e Sua Jaula (1969). He was married to Anita Bernstein. He died on October 14, 2015 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Apart for his career as comedian, writer and actor, he's also remembered for his 1980 single "Melô do Tagarela", considered the very first Brazilian rap. The track samples the basis of "Good Times", released in 1979.
