Biography

Jacques Michel was born in 1941 in Sainte-Agnès-de-Bellecombe, Québec, Canada. He was a writer and composer, known for Sur la rue Tabaga (1989), Le village de Nathalie (1985) and Joyeuse St-Hubert (1986). He died on March 5, 2026 in Québec, Canada.

Before being a singer and composer, he was carpenter, plunger, painter, debosselor and salesman of maple syrup.

Was a TV show creator with Ève Déziel in the 80s - Sur la rue Tabaga (1989) and Le village de Nathalie (1985) starring Nathalie Simard.
