He studied drama at the University of Washington (Seattle), Portland Actors Conservatory, and in Los Angeles with reputable teachers of Improvisation and Meisner technique. Instructors include Tony Sepulveda-Groundlings, Brian Reise, and Lesly Kahn. Also an accomplished musician (keyboards/backing vocals), he has performed and recorded with artists Cousin Kate, KingBaby, Slow Car Crash, and Rachel Stacy. John resides in Los Angeles and is a member of SAG and AFTRA.
