- Bob Merrill was born on May 17, 1921 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA. He was a writer and composer, known for Funny Girl (1968), What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962) and Ocean's Eight (2018). He died on February 17, 1998 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA.
