Jane Mercer was born on October 29, 1910 in Pennsylvania, USA. She was an actress, known for Street Scene (1931), Man and Maid (1925) and Beloved (1934). She died on October 10, 1975 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

The LA Times states she is 11 years old in 1924.

Mentioned in Los Angeles Evening Herald (with Photo) from September 18, 1918 as Tiny Jane Miskimis. She take part a street carnival and Dance Programm what was staged by Jewish Womens Auxiliaries. She is described as 7 years old and recently came from New York to Los Angeles.

There is some conjecture that this 'Jane Mercer' is, in fact, one of the youngest-ever female impersonators, namely Dudley Manlove (better known later for appearing in Ed Wood's Plan 9 from Outer Space).
