Vladimir Melnik is a Los Angeles-based, international film and television director with over 30 years of industry experience. Fluent in English, Russian, and the universal language of production panic, Vladimir spent a decade in Moscow serving as the showrunner and director for the hit action-detective series Balabol, surviving 10 seasons and 204 one-hour episodes (108 as a director) of network television-a feat that, by any reasonable measure, qualifies as combat experience.
