Medici became very popular in 1973 hosting TV Show "Canzonissima" with Pippo Baudo and her song "A ruota libera" (Canzonissima's theme song) entered the Italian charts. She now hosts a talk show "Dammi un'idea" on the Italian Canal Jimmy.
