Biography

Jill Meager was born in 1957 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England, UK. She is an actress, known for Never Say Never Again (1983), Goodbye Mr. Chips (1984) and Agatha Christie's Miss Marple: 4:50 from Paddington (1987). She has been married to Barnaby Spurrier since December 1984. They have two children.

After working as an actress, she trained as a psychodynamic counsellor before studying fine art at the Putney School of Art and Design. She is now a wildlife artist.

Although born in Leeds, Jill was raised in Scotland.

She works as a speech editor and performance coach, in FTSE 100 organizations, film, advertising and design companies and frontline UK politics.
