Leslie Meadows was born on March 29, 1947 in Manchester, England, UK. He is an actor, known for Half a Sixpence (1967), Doctor Who (1963) and The Apple (1980).

As a stage actor Leslie Meadows starred alongside John Neville and Honor Blackman as a member of the Original London Cast of 'Mr & Mrs' , opening at the Palace Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue, London, in 1968.
