I believe you can lose the nerd within. Those parts of yourself that you have disowned, you need to accept them. You know what? I'm OK. I think that in a way I have sort of come in a circle.

Personal coaching is good because it takes the things from within you rather than just sticking stuff on top. A lot of my friends are personal coaches.

I just hate political correctness. I think it really is stifling debate.
