Bob McCracken was born on September 11, 1950 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an actor and director, known for Pay It Forward (2000), Players (1997) and Firefly (2002). He was married to Kay Liberman and Catherine MacNeal. He died on January 30, 2023 in Pasadena, California, USA.

Bob's Father's lifetime of military service kept him on the move. He went to schools in Pennsylvania, Brooklyn NY, Florida and graduated from Antilles High School in San Juan Puerto Rico before attending West Chester State College in West Chester Pennsylvania.
