Biography

Harry McCoy was born on December 10, 1889 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an actor and writer, known for The Girl from Everywhere (1927), Midnight Daddies (1930) and Present Arms (1927). He died on September 1, 1937 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, USA.

Left-handed. During the rock fight in Mabel at the Wheel (1914), he and Charles Chaplin threw left-handed while Mabel Normand and Chester Conklin threw right-handed.

Remembered as the composer of the "Pagan Love Song" and many of Eva Tanguay's vaudeville songs.

Actor, director and composer who early in his movie career was cast as a Keystone Cop and one of the Hallroom Boys.

Former vaudeville and Broadway actor. Started in silent films with Selig, Joker and Keystone, where he occasionally appeared alongside Charlie Chaplin and Mabel Normand.
