- Franz Mazura was born on April 12, 1924 in Salzburg, Austria. He was an actor, known for The Metropolitan Opera Presents (1977), Lulu (1979) and Der Ring des Nibelungen (1980). He was married to Elisabeth Friedmann. He died on January 23, 2020 in Mannheim, Germany.
