  • Ferdinand Mayerhofer was born on April 9, 1881 in Graz, Austria-Hungary [now Austria]. He was an actor, known for Hab' ich nur deine Liebe (1953), Eva, the Factory Girl (1935) and Operette (1940). He died on June 6, 1960 in Vienna, Austria.

  • Austrian character actor, on stage from 1898. He was for more than four decades an ensemble member of the famous Vienna Burgtheater, often performing in classical plays by Nestroy and Shakespeare. On screen from 1921.
  • When the sound film rose he got also more engagements for movies.
  • Ferdinand Maierhofer was honored with the honorary medal of the capital city Vienna in 1956 for his special acting performance.
