Biography

Daniel Matthews is a Transportation and Logistics Coordinator from Montreal, Canada. He has over 30 years of experience in the North American film and television industry. He broke into the film industry as a Driver, and worked his way up in the Transportation and Logistics department. Matthews has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from big-scale Hollywood productions to Netflix Originals to television shows. He is well-respected in the North American industry due to his unwavering ability to build and manage a reliable team for each project on which he works. His professionalism and cordiality, among other qualities, have enabled him to have successful dealings with Producers and Directors from major Hollywood Studios.

Aside from his work in Transportation and Logistics, Matthews was elected President of Local 514 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), which represents Montreal's film industry's labor force.
