- Rica Matsumoto was born on November 30, 1968 in Yokohama, Japan. She is an actress, known for Pokémon: The First Movie - Mewtwo Strikes Back (1998), Pokémon (1997) and Pokémon the Movie 2000 (1999).
- She also provided the voice of the announcer in the Japanese version of Mario Kart Arcade GP DX.
- She was a member of JAM Project until 2008. She returned to the group briefly in 2010 to help write the 10th anniversary version of "KIZUNA" on the album MAXIMIZER ~Decade of Evolution~.
