- Edith Mathis was born on February 11, 1938 in Lucerne, Switzerland. She was an actress, known for Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre (2023), The Shawshank Redemption (1994) and Die Hochzeit des Figaro (1967). She was married to Bernhard Klee and Heinz Slunecko. She died on February 9, 2025 in Salzburg, Austria.
