Dock Mathieson was born on May 20, 1914 in Stirling, Stirlingshire, Scotland, UK. He was an actor, known for The Ladykillers (1955), Four Desperate Men (1959) and The Third Key (1956). He died in December 1985 in Oxford, England, UK.

Younger brother of film conductor Muir Mathieson.

Orchestrator, arranger and conductor at Ealing studios for many years.
