Biography

Marthus Mathias was born on May 1, 1927 in Itajubá, Minas Gerais, Brazil. He was an actor, known for The Rains of Ranchipur (1955). He died on January 10, 1995 in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.

Deep and gutural basso voice

Although having lots of appearances in movies, Mathias is best remembered as the first and ranked as the best Brazilian voice-over for the character Fred Flintstone, in despite of his work was uncredited. Nowadays, some other voice-actors even impersonate his voice when playing the same character.
