- Masuyama was the original voice of Fujiko Mine in the original 15-minute Rupan sansei: Pilot Film (1969) used to sell the series to Yomuiri TV. However, in the first anime TV series of Lupin the Third Part 1 (1971), she was replaced by Yukiko Nikaidô, but came back for Lupin the Third: Part II (1977).
- Following Kiyoshi Kobayashi's death in July 2022, she was the last of the classic Lupin III stars, and following Shinsuke Chikaishi's death in October that year, the last surviving actor from the 1969 pilot film.
