Biography

Studied psychology and History. Creator of Cubo TV and Xilik Radio (1985). Co-author of the books Rádios Livres, a Reforma Agrária no Ar (Independent Radio Stations, Land Reform on the Air; Brasiliense, 1986). Had several expositions as a visual artist, including Adote um Satélite (Adopt a Satellite, 1989) at MIS (Image and Sound Museum) in São Paulo / VII Encontro Monbeliard - France. One Minute Festival creator and curator (since 1991). Made various short and feature films, including: Nós que aqui estamos por vós esperamos (Here We Are Waiting for You, 1999) and Otávio e as Letras (Otavio and the Letters). Father of Julia and Dimitri.
