- After school in Leipzig, Suse Marquardt studied history and german literature in Berlin, worked as a gallery owner and for daily and weekly newspapers.
Through side jobs, she made contacts in the film industry and from the mid-90s worked in various assistants roles on the sets of major cinema and TV productions.
In 2001, she set up her own office. since then she has cast over 180 motion pictures and TV movies.
