‘Everybody Digs Bill Evans’ starring Anders Danielsen Lie, Laurie Metcalf and Bill Pullman is the third film that Janine has produced with Director Grant Gee.
Two films produced by Janine Marmot have won a BAFTA, 'Bodysong', (Simon Pummell), and 'Kelly + Victor', (Kieran Evans). Ella Glendining's 'Is There Anybody Out There?, produced by Marmot, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2023 and in 2024 received a BAFTA nomination and two BIFA nominations. Janine Marmot has produced a strong slate of award winning films including 'Innocence of Memories’, 'Identicals', 'Looking for Light', 'No Greater Love,' 'Institute Benjamenta','Shock Head Soul,' 'I Could Read the Sky,' and 'Made in Heaven'.
Hot Property is developing a slate of films with partners including BFI, FilmFour and Screen Ireland. Projects in development include Ella Glendining's 'Curiosities of Fools' set in the Court of King Charles 1st and Queen Henrietta Maria, centering on the world of a disabled Court Theatre troupe, a new fiction film with Director Grant Gee, 'Far Out' a psychological thriller set in the Antarctic, directed by Emily Young and with producer Emily Morgan and TV series 'Fight', adapted from a story by Willian Gibson and Michael Swanwick, written by Simon Pummell and Margot Knijn and with producing partner Damon D'Oliveira and director Clement Virgo ('Brother') attached.
