Dragan Markovic was born on 3 November 1927 in Valjevo, Serbia, Yugoslavia. He was a writer and production manager, known for Written Off (1974), Opasni trag (1984) and SB zatvara krug (1974). He died on 12 March 1996 in Belgrade, Serbia.
