María Maristani was born on September 10, 1929 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was an actress, known for Llévame contigo (1982), Quiero gritar que te amo (1990) and Yolanda Luján (1984). She died on March 30, 2025.

Was a former model.

Authored the novel "De amor también se muere" (Love Also Dies).

Wrote five plays, including "Juana de Pompeya," in which she also starred.
