- Over his 30-year career, Serge Marcil has written, directed, and produced more than 300 hours of television programming for a wide range of broadcasters, networks and production companies in Montreal, Toronto, Paris, and Los Angeles.
Serge has been nominated four times by the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television for a national Gemini Award ("Best Director"), and his projects have won prestigious awards worldwide, including several Parents' Choice Awards.
In 2010, Serge moved to Kaua'i (Hawai'i) and co-founded 4D media where he produced numerous media projects while raising two daughters, with wife Jennifer.
His creative journey now unfolds against the backdrop of the 'Queen City' where he has permanently moved to be closer to his extended family. As Serge embraces Cincinnati's unique culture and community, he is more than ever set on amplifying local voices, engaging audiences, and telling compelling stories than matter.
