Biography

Dominique Marcas was born on August 8, 1920 in Dozule, Calvados, Basse-Normandie, France. She was an actress, known for The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc (1999), Love Me Strangely (1971) and The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik Yak (1984). She died on February 15, 2022 in Illiers-l'Évêque, Eure, France.

Chose Dominique Marcas for pseudonym as an hommage to actress María Casares.
