- Peter Manoogian was born on December 16, 1949 in the USA. He is an assistant director and producer, known for The Dungeonmaster (1984), Eliminators (1986) and The Howling (1981).
- Studied filmmaking under his father, Professor Haig Manoogian, and as well as Martin Scorsese, an employee of New York University at the time.
- Frequently works with Charles Band, usually as Director or other crew member.
- A graduate of NYU's School of Arts.
- Worked as an employee of New World Pictures before moving on to work with Charles Band and eventually Band's studio, Empire Pictures.
- Was originally to direct a superhero movie for Charles Band's Empire International titled Alter Ego, which was set for a 1985 release.
