Winifred Mann was born on July 20, 1918 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. She was an actress, known for The Candidate (1972), The Streets of San Francisco (1972) and Smile (1975). She died on May 11, 2007 in Mill Valley, California, USA.

Performed frequently with the Actor's Workship in California and appeared in several films and TV shows.

Studied acting in her native Brooklyn before moving to Los Angeles in the early 1940s.
