Biography

Jane Mann was born on May 7, 1915 in New York, USA. She was a writer, known for Anatomy of a Psycho (1961), The Unearthly (1957) and Shotgun Wedding (1963). She was married to Boris Petroff. She died on June 16, 2003 in Ventura, California, USA.

Believed by some B-movie historians and scholars to be an alias of Edward D. Wood Jr., though it has yet to be proven. John D.F. Black, screenwriter of "The Unearthly," told interviewer Tom Weaver that there was a Jane Mann and that she was Mrs. Boris Petroff.
