  • Was considered for the role of Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981).

  • In 1979 he made his American stage debut working directly with one of America's greatest playwrights, Tennessee Williams, for Tiger Tail and Night of the Iguana in Atlanta, Georgia.
